1. Register for the online self-paced class.
If you are registering before the semester starts, you can add the class just like any other, on Reg-e Once the semester starts, you can contact the instructor for an add code. Note that you may register for these online self-paced courses without attending an on-campus orientation. However, the orientation is in the online WebCT course, and you'll need to study it to pass the required Course Quiz . You must pass the Course Quiz before taking any assessments that count toward your grade.

2. Log on to WebCT
Once you are registered for the online self-paced course, log onto WebCT to access the course materials. You will be prompted for a Username and Password.

Username: CSID (xxxxxxx)
Password: Birthdate (mm/dd/yyyy)

3. Choose the class from the Course List.
Click on your self-paced math class on the course list that appears. A new screen will appear, asking for your access code.

4. Click “Request Grace Period”.
On the bottom right of where you enter the Access Code there is a button that reads, “Request Grace Period”. Click on it. A new page will appear. Click on the link that reads: “Go To Course”. Now you can access the course for 15 days. Read the Essentials, Orientation and Syllabus to get to know more about the course. You should explore the course materials to see if this course is right for you. Once you are ready to buy the course, click on the link that reads, “Syllabus”.

5. Follow the Web Address in the Syllabus.
You will be directed to a page with directions on how to buy the access code. Go to http://www.CoDcourses.com/students/webct-BApin.html , and go to the section that reads, “To Purchase an Access Code”. Write down the ISBN number; you will need it later. Now click on the link that reads, “http://www.CODcourses.com”. In the new window that appears, enter the ISBN you wrote down in the previous step on the left side where it reads, “STUDENTS: Purchase Course”. Then click, “GO”. A new page will appear.

6. Enter your credit card information to purchase the access code.
It costs $69.95. You will receive the access code via email. Scroll down to see the access code, write it down for reference.

7. Enter the Access Code into WebCT
Next time you log in to WebCT you will be asked to enter the access code. Enter it where it reads, “Enter your Access Code”. Now you can use the course for the rest of the semester.
